Waiting Time Policy

  • Point-to-Point Transfers: A 15-minute complimentary waiting time is included.

  • The maximum waiting time is 45 minutes, after which the booking will be converted to an Hourly-hire service, and standard hourly rates will apply.

Hourly-Hire Service Policy

  • Tolls & Parking Charges: All tolls and parking fees are included in the hourly-hire rate, ensuring a hassle-free experience.

  • Grace Period: A 20-minute grace period is provided at the end of the booked duration. If the grace period is exceeded, an additional hour will be charged at the standard hourly rate.

Additional Charges

To ensure transparency in our pricing, the following additional charges may apply to your booking:

  • Midnight Charge: An additional $15 will be applied for trips scheduled between 00:00H and 05:59H.

  • Child Seat: A $15 fee applies for each child seat requested to ensure safety and comfort for young passengers.

  • Additional Stops (Maximum 2):

    • Stops within 5km of the original route: $15 per stop.

    • Stops beyond 5km from the original route: $20 per stop.

    • Bookings with more than 2 additional stops will be converted to Hourly-hire service, and standard hourly rates will apply.
